I’ve read the most obscure and obtuse academic journals, studies and articles you can imagine. In fact more than 3,000 in total. That means unlike other ‘gurus’ who claim to have a degree from the school of hard knocks, I actually have REAL ACADEMIC DEGREES. I know the difference between theory and practice. I taught MBA students the theory, now I teach the practice that made me a self-made millionaire to my clients with a focus on my Platinum Program Members.

What makes me different and my strategies so powerful is that I extract strategies and techniques you’ve never heard of from the most remote places and make them practical and easy for you to deploy.

2Part of my personal and professional development involves attending Tony Robbins events including his Mastery University, not once, but TWICE!

But y’know what? Being a fan of Tony Robbin’s strategies and philosophies is just not enough. The difference between me and the many ‘groupies’ out there is that I’ve actually APPLIED his strategies in my businesses to become financially independent and retire from the rat race at age 42. With that in mind, let me take you back to how it all started.

When I ran my printing businesses, I actually required that all my staff attend Tony’s Unleash The Power Within (UPW) Firewalk seminars. It was not an option since I knew first-hand that ‘Firewalkers’ out-performed and out-produced non-firewalkers by a factor of 2:1. Yes, TWICE the productivity!

My staff staff fuelled growth 3 times faster than our competitors with a fraction of the budget and resources whilst expanding their own skills, abilities and aptitudes. Creating a fun, dynamic and challenging work atmosphere. Employee attrition was a fraction of the industry average, in an industry renowned for transient staffing problems.

But I knew it wasn’t just 3 days. The process started within the original letter with a “Make $50,000 before the Bootcamp, attend for 2 full days, money-back guarantee...” which of course I immediately set out to accomplish.

Metaphorically it doesn’t meand being one of the 562 who ‘just showed up’ to the Bootcamp, it means SHOWING UP to succeed by making a decision and committing to it. Once you do, it gets easier... Want to know why?

At this first Bootcamp, I took 125 pages of notes in my Journal. Notes that produced more than $2.5 Million in ADDITIONAL sales over the next 10 years (by the way, this is an estimate of sales I otherwise never would have had), putting $100,000 more in my pocket every year. Not bad for a 3-day, $10,000 investment!

Again, just sitting in a room is not what’s going to make you successful. Of course at 125 pages I was without a doubt the ‘best note taker’ in the room, but that’s not the point – ALL 12 people who stood up took DOZENS of pages of notes or MindMapped the event. I know because we ‘compared notes’ during and AFTER the event. Most participants were just happy to ‘take it all in and enjoy the event’.

Even though I thoroughly enjoyed the event – that’s not why I attended. I was there for ONE primary reason – to make more money. Enjoying the process was just a bonus.

Using Exponential Marketing Strategies I was able to start several companies with no money down. I need to repeat this – WITH NO MONEY DOWN. How many people do you know who can make this claim? I did this not just once, but multiple times. In fact, I never invested in any of the many companies I started! I started my career as a geek and a nerd, straight out of Engineering School. I was a Technical System Support Specialist for a small software development company. 5At this stage, because you’re still reading this you must be wondering if I am superman or some extra-terrestrial being with supernatural powers. I’m not.

But let me tell you the two most important accomplishments I am most proud of and they go hand-in-hand.

I have not had a sick day in the past 20 years and have been with Monica for more than 25 years.

The reason this is important is because without work-life balance what’s the point of becoming successful?

I see so many other speakers out there who are overweight, divorced, burnt-out and otherwise completely off balance and yet people want to follow in their footsteps. I just don’t get it.

I believe life is to be lived - not spent in bed sick. I see so many nutritional extremists who claim they are healthy, but in reality they have the same number or greater number of sick days than I have (none in more than 20 years), but once again - they THINK they are healthy, but they’re not. They shock their systems in and out of ‘regimes’ with ridiculous rules that says what they can and can’t eat. I just don’t get it I’m all about results. No sick days in over 20 years PERIOD.

What this means to you is that I practice what I preach - balance, integrity within a holistic approach that doesn’t just work for me, but for everyone BECAUSE it’s not a system/diet/regime, it’s a mindset that is flexible, adaptable and easy for anyone to follow.
